โIโm angry.โ
โIโm sad.โ
โIโm overwhelmed.โ
But the moment they feel it, they need somewhere to place it.
Someone to blame.
Something to fix.
Some part of themselves to defend.
I know because Iโve done it too.
I remember saying I was angry about my momโs death because she didnโt think about her kids before using drugs.
But with timeโand honestyโI realized I wasnโt just angry.
I was deeply sad that she was gone.
Not mad at her.
Just hurting.
And I tried to fix that feeling quickly by saying, โIโll never be like her.โ
But hereโs what no one tells youโ
You can avoid her choices and still hurt people in your own way.
You can do better and still carry unprocessed pain.
Thatโs what this work is really about.
Not just naming what you feel.
But learning how to sit with it without needing a villain, without rushing to fix it, without turning it into proof that youโre broken.
Itโs not easy.
But itโs how you build capacity.
Itโs how you build trust with yourself.
Can you feel what you feelโฆ without trying to escape it?
Grab my ebook in my bio if you are ready to start expanding your capacity. I explore your relationship with discomfort, change and uncertainty. Link in bio.".
