โ€œIโ€™m angry.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m sad.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m overwhelmed.โ€

But the moment they feel it, they need somewhere to place it.

Someone to blame.

Something to fix.

Some part of themselves to defend.

I know because Iโ€™ve done it too.

I remember saying I was angry about my momโ€™s death because she didnโ€™t think about her kids before using drugs.

But with timeโ€”and honestyโ€”I realized I wasnโ€™t just angry.

I was deeply sad that she was gone.

Not mad at her.

Just hurting.

And I tried to fix that feeling quickly by saying, โ€œIโ€™ll never be like her.โ€

But hereโ€™s what no one tells youโ€”

You can avoid her choices and still hurt people in your own way.

You can do better and still carry unprocessed pain.

Thatโ€™s what this work is really about.

Not just naming what you feel.

But learning how to sit with it without needing a villain, without rushing to fix it, without turning it into proof that youโ€™re broken.

Itโ€™s not easy.

But itโ€™s how you build capacity.

Itโ€™s how you build trust with yourself.

Can you feel what you feelโ€ฆ without trying to escape it?

Grab my ebook in my bio if you are ready to start expanding your capacity. I explore your relationship with discomfort, change and uncertainty. Link in bio.".
